Kimchi

On Saturday Keith and I decided to check out Han Mart in Denver. Han Mart is where one of Josh's Korean friends suggested we go to get good Kimchi. Walking into Han Mart was like walking into a grocery store in Korea! Or as close as you can get to that without being in Korea. It was amazing. All the familiar smells and food products made me smile. There were so many aspects of Korea that I do love and miss and the trip to this market reminded me of some of those. We ended up buying 2 types of Kimchi (which aren't nearly as good as what we ate in Korea), some traditional Korean "deserts", pepero, seaweed snacks, and one of the familiar Ramyeon soups we ate so often. Other news on the Korean front, we found out this past week that we sucessfully sued the Director of EPark and have the right to auction off his assets. Whether or not we'll actualy get the money we are owed is a totally different story as he has moved many of this assets into his wife's name. Nonetheless, there is a sense of satisfaction knowing that we were able to take him to court, win, and make it public knowledge that he failed to pay so many foreign teachers their wages. I've never sued anyone before and I have to admit....that feels strange!

Way to go! If you give us his address we will happily go to his house and auction off his stuff! We went out climbing last weekend and hung out with Amanda who said she knew you guys. Your car has become quite the kotr legend by the way. If there are any Korean delecassies (or anything else) we can send you guys, let us know!
